Just tell us what you need, from handmade brushes to a high production brush or any type of cylinder brush.

Our designers for maximum performance carefully select materials we use. Since all manufacturing is done in-house, Atlanta Brush engineers supervise the design and assemble process every step of the way. We keep a numbered drawing of each custom brush we make, so we can duplicate your order whenever the need arises.

The skilled craftsmen in our machine shop use lathes, mills, surfaces grinders, drills, dynamic balancing machines and a variety of inspection tools to make all metal brush cylinder cores. Most wooden and plastic blocks necessary for manufacturing our brushes are made in our wood shop.

In addition, we have a large channel brush operation. Here, we make channel brushes in numerous sizes and varieties. You may choose from an unlimited number of channel sizes, brush materials and trim lengths. Channels may be filled with steel or stainless steel wire. We can also wind the channels on steel or stainless steel cylinder cores to make cylinder brushes. While we stock a limited combination of straight strips for your convenience, custom made strips can be special ordered.

Atlanta Brush also offers cylinder section brushes to fit over steel cores, using any combination of patterns and materials you require. A section brush is beneficial when downtime on the line is critical, because it allows you to replace the brush in your won plant instead of returning it to the manufacturer.

Sanitary brush construction is available with our USDA approved construction methods.

Small lots and prototype are no problem for Atlanta Brush. A large range of manual brush-making machines allows us to meet your needs.
